- Custom or personalized products (e.g., Custom Shammies) are non-returnable.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items, except for those returned due to damage, defects, or incorrect shipments.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items returned due to damage, defects, or errors on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
- Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
