  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., Custom Shammies) are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items, except for those returned due to damage, defects, or incorrect shipments.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items returned due to damage, defects, or errors on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
  • Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.


Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order for the desired replacement.
